Mumbai, 10th February 2021: When Sahil comes to know about Vidhi’s situation and the Uterine Transplant surgery, he tells Payal to become the woman who will get the transplant done with Vidhi. Payal likes the plan as she recalls how her mother disowned her just because of Vidhi and becomes adamant to complete the plan. On the other hand, Ved is not convinced with the procedure of Uterine Transplant and thinks that it is morally wrong to misuse some woman for their happiness and decides that he will get the baby aborted. He does not wish to lose Vidhi. When he announces his decision of aborting the baby, Payal enters the room and tells that she has got her Uterus removed and will be the one with whom Vidhi will get her Uterine Transplanted.
